Class Offerings

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates can be for everyone, if you are a beginner and want to build strength or are more developed and want to adapt your level and flexibility, my classes can be tailored for you.

Join me on your journey to encourage mindful breathing and body awareness, leaving you feeling both stronger and more relaxed.

Beginner Friendly Classes

If you're new to pilates or returning after a break, my beginner friendly classes will be a great fit for you!
The slow, controlled exercises, with a strong focus on the core, can help support better posture and everyday movement whilst remaining low-impact and kind to your body.

Intermediate Classes

Intermediate pilates builds on the foundations of beginner practice by introducing more dynamic, flowing movements and greater challenges to strength, balance and coordination. In these classes you will explore a wide range of movements!

Sunrise Pilates

During the Summer months, I offer sunrise pilates on the stunning beaches of Menorca. As the sun slowly rises, pilates on the beach in Menorca is not only grounding but energising. Each movement flows with your breath, guided by the calm, steady rhythm of the sea.
